WHAT IS THE ASSISTANCE FORM FOR?

The assistance request form is used to request the company "Bric's Care by Carucci" for a technical and economic evaluation of the damage suffered by our luggage.

WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER DATA?

The data to be entered are used to attribute the technical/economic evaluation to your request. They will not be used or shared for any other purpose.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ANSWER?

You will receive a response within 24 hours of receiving your request. The answer will be a quote and you will receive it through a link that will show you the various repair solutions.


HOW DO I FILL OUT THE FORM?

  • EMAIL FIELD Enter the email with which you want to be contacted
  • PHONE FIELD Enter the landline or mobile phone number with which you want to be contacted
  • NAME FIELD Enter name and surname
  • CUSTOMER TYPE FIELD it is a drop-down field that opens by clicking on it you will have to choose between PRIVATE or RESELLER
  • FIELD N. INTERNAL ASSISTANCE it must not be completed, it will be entered automatically by the system.
  • PRODUCT NUMBER/PN FIELD enter the serial number of your baggage which you can find on a tag inside the baggage itself. It must also be searched carefully by opening the zips of the internal pockets.
  • REASON FOR CONTACT FIELD choose the reason for the request if you do not find the one you consider most appropriate choose OTHER.
  • REPAIR TYPE FIELD you can choose one or more repairs to be evaluated, it is mandatory to select at least one
  • SELECT FILE BUTTON allows you to select a photo from your device or take it directly
  • ATTACH FILE BUTTON allows you to attach the photo chosen with the SELECT FILE key to the form. Up to five photos can be added.
  • The correct procedure to attach a photo is: select a photo in your device with the CHOOSE FILE button and then attach it with the ATTACH FILE button.
